Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition received

  • In original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your card issuer (posting may take time)

  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Only)

We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Email info@simpleafbrands.com to request an exchange for the same item and we’ll provide instructions.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive gift credit once the return is received. Otherwise, the refund is sent to the original purchaser.
